Eir practice (offering both spa services and talk therapy) is based in the same town as Dr. Mutable's laboratory, and employs Prima as a receptionist. Don't be fooled by eir gentle, pleasant, mild-mannered demeanor; this is also a kinky and dubiously ethical mad scientist situation. However, e does take the therapy goals of eir brainwashed patients seriously. When eir frill extends, the gently glowing spiral patterns stun and entrance onlookers.
